SupportCALL Software Sales and T&C - Installation and setup will be charged for if needed.

Some software is released on CD/DVD and others as a Credit Card Lic or DownLoad only release. Please note that depending on the format downloading may be needed in addition to installation and may be charged for.

- Software installation times can be different, this would be because of machine speeds, download speeds, the number of updates and the number of 3rd party programs to be installed and setup.

SupportCALL Software Warranty - We can not be held responsible for issues during installation. Any software is supported by a warranty from the developers or the distributors directly. SupportCALL may provide assistance to resolve issues but fees may apply if and where needed.
